If individual acts as an individual entrepreneur or in his interests, at the request or with the direct written consent of such an individual entrepreneur, respectively, the following can additionally be provided: the surname and initials of the individual entrepreneur, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN), Individual Entrepreneur Primary State Registration Number (OGRNIP), mailing address, telephone number, current bank account, name of the servicing bank, its Russian Central Bank Identification Code (RCBIC) and correspondent account.

The User is obliged:

Protection of collected information:
